Representative Accomplishments
• Saved client $2 million that management had expected to pay under
existing license agreements by carefully analyzing the agreements’
complicated structure and negotiating from strength, defeating the licensor’s
demand for additional fees.
• Developed standard-form agreements for client’s most frequent
transactions, resulting in agreements that better reflect business processes
and ensure greater legal and business protections.
• Negotiated highly favorable business terms for a software developer in its
dealings with a reseller, including a price 50% higher than the developer had
received from any other reseller.
